Are there ads?+
No. Paid plans play without ads or interruptions. The free mixes on our YouTube channel are supported by YouTube ads.
How long can a playlist be?+
From 10 minutes up to 8 hours. The builder joins tracks with soft crossfades, so there is no silence between them and no track repeats within a few hours.
Can I play it in my salon, spa or studio?+
Yes, with the Business plan. It covers playing Calm Waves music to clients in one location. Every track is made by us on a paid plan that includes commercial rights.
On how many devices can I listen?+
Personal plays on one device at a time. Business plays on up to 3 devices at the same time in one location, for example the reception and two treatment rooms.
Does it work on weak Wi-Fi?+
The player loads the next few tracks ahead, so short drops in the connection do not stop the music. You can install it on a tablet or phone like an app.
Can I download the music?+
No. Calm Waves streams from the cloud in your browser or the installed app. This keeps the catalog fresh and growing every month.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that the player switches back to samples. Lifetime access does not expire.
Do I get an invoice for my business?+
Yes. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which issues an invoice with your company details and handles VAT for your country.
